Despite the flaws a solid copy of the second of Godden's doll books.

Corner tips are somewhat rounded. Top edges have foxing. Both sets of endpaper have some foxing and a little rippling near the hinges. Otherwise, the inside pages are clean and unmarked overall. The dust jacket has a stain on the rear panel and some soil to both the front and rear. The corners and spine ends are worn. The price on the front flap has been cut off and the top corner of that flap has a tear/cut that affects the text. Reverse side of the jacket is foxed. The story of a tiny doll who wants to go in a pocket and not a doll house. Illustrated in colour.
