Unpaginated but about 85pp, oblong (11.75 x 8.25 inches), color and b&w illustrations. Very Good condition in olive green wrappers (soft cover) with silver titles. A little spot and a bump on the spine, otherwise crisp, tight, bright, no creases, chips or tears, no markings. This is a book of sketches and watercolor paintings, mostly of buildings - houses, public buildings, sheds, plastered stone walls, etc. Presumedly in Japan. Some charming paintings of women and animals too. The only English words in the book are "Exotic Tsuyama," which appear below several paintings. Otherwise the text and all the publication information (including the title) are in Japanese. There is a phone number for the publisher, and the date 1992 on the copyright page. Appears to be SIGNED by the artist, who has written the title in English above his name. Digital photos upon request. Signed by Author.
