File Format
Inventory files must be saved in tab-delimited text format. Use the field headers listed below as column headers in your file. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Important: Share your inventory file format with Customer Support before your first upload. If you don't, the system may not recognize the format and processing can fail.

Product Types
The producttype field assigns a listing to a search refinement category. Use one of the following keywords:

File Requirements
- Each listing must have a unique numeric, alpha, or alphanumeric
listingid. IDs cannot be reused. - Each listing must have a
quantityfield (1 or more = available, 0 = remove). - Include
weightandweightunitif using weight-based shipping rates. - Include
shippingtemplateidfor listings associated with a custom shipping template. - File must be saved in tab-delimited (.txt or .tab) format.
- We highly recommend including ISBN information and descriptions.
- For non-book items (art, comics, ephemera, magazines, maps), use the
producttypefield. Theauthorfield can indicate the artist, composer, photographer, etc.
