Account of life in a Shropshire parish in the late 17th century as written by Gough who wrote his book between 1700 - 1706, when he was in his 60's. Gough had lived all his life in the Village, which had a population of about 450 and his book is unique in that it gives details of the everyday life of the common people of Stuart England. 500 grams.
