About the Author
DAVID A. KOLB is Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.
RICHARD E. BOYATZIS is a psychologist and professor of organizational behavior. Before joining the Weatherhead School of Management (WSOM) in 1987 he was a consultant in management development. SCOTT S. COWEN has been Dean of the WSOM since 1983. DAVID A. KOLB is a psychologist and professor of organizational behavior at WSOM who has taught and done research in experiental learning.
