Cloth to the spine rubbed and slightly frayed with joints cracked; the front board is loosened but remains attached. Slight loss to head of spine. Slight rubbing and bumping to extremities resulting in slight loss to cloth. Internally, the binding is somewhat loose overall, the text block being more secure than the plate mounts. Lacking one plate. A few small closed tears to hinges, and several plates are loosened but still generally holding.
