Very unusual for publications of this type and age to be so richly illustrated with photo etchings (a high quality reproduction method for photographs, used today only for artwork), detailed drawings of the architectural outlines and decorations of the buildings as well as detailed plans. All the plates are in fine condition with no foxing, only the rear endpaperis dusty and spotted at the edge, as it is larger than the block of plates. Large format publication, quite heavy.
