It consists of a facsimile of the original 1966 two sided and folded sheet designed by George Maciunas that included Flusus information and concerts in English. There is a second same size sheet in Japonese. Both are 22" x 17". There is also a four page brochure discussing the gallery 360 show which is 11" x 8 1/2". These are housed in a silver envelope with a pastedown. Like new condition.
