Dem gedruckten Titelblatt folgen etwa 180 nicht numerierte Seiten auf unbeschnittenem Büttenpapier. Auf jeweils 1 bis 4 Seiten haben zahlreiche Weggefährten, Kollegen und Freunde des Jubilars ihre ausführlichen, liebevollen Glückwünsche in Tinte oder Kugelschreiber aufgeschrieben, einige wenige Blätter in Maschinenschrift wurden montiert, auch diese aber mit den persönlichen Unterschriften der Gratulanten, teils auch bebildert. Auf einer Seite ist ein in Tinte geschriebener Eintrag leicht verwischt, aber noch lesbar. Einzelne Einträge sind in französischer, italienischer und spanischer Sprache verfasst. Etwa 10 Seiten sind frei geblieben, eine Seite mit kleiner Anschmutzung am oberen Rand. Einzelstück in gutem, ordentlichen Zustand.
