Each edition comes together with an audio CD, often including BBC recordings of full-length works. The first issue appeared in September 1992. Mackenzie's book plate tipped in on the front inner board. Publication of 371 pages. The dust jacket is a little shelf rubbed and slightly scuffed on the back panel. The boards are in good condition. There is foxing around the block of the book. Internally the pages are clean and complete. Tightly bound and presented in cellophane. The binding is excellent. GK.
