A short introductory piece by Lord Beveridge entitled 'A few words on Janet' is also interesting, she had died immediately after completing the book, was the wife of Lord Beveridge's cousin and collaborated closely with him during war and was 'as much to blame for the making of the Beveridge Report as I was'. 14 cm x 22 cm.
