Most likely this volume was inscribed and given to Guy Green ( 1913-2005) an Oscar winning Cinematographer who worked with Sir David Lean in his earlier films, and his wife was Josephine ( known as Jo to friends), that would make this an interesting Association copy. 240 pages, a heavy volume, very good book in a very good dustjacket protected in mylar, and comes from a smoke free environment.
