Title page printed in red and black, with red initial caps and highlights throughout. Quarter bound in black cloth over grey paper-covered boards, decorated, with gilt lettering to spine. 8vo. Boards are worn, rubbed at ends, a little soiled, with cloth cracked on rear joint of backstrip. Some uneven lifting on front paste down (possible damp damage - not inert) with commensurate marks on front free paste down. Text block edges a little darkened, affect extreme edges of page faces, else internally neat. clean, bright and tight. A fine press selection of poetry of the Welsh aristocrat metaphysical poet, Henry Vaughan (1621-1695). Fair to good condition.
