L'entête mentionne sa position de membre du gouvernement provisoire (barrée) et d'administrateur national de l'ancienne Liste Civile. Alexis Vavin, quoique membre du gouvernement provisoire, n'est pas républicain. Il passa de l'opposition libérale avant la révolution de 1848 à la droite monarchiste après celle-ci. [304-2].…
