Condition: spine heavily worn, rubbed & frayed; corners rubbed through & rounded; hinges worn and bit loose but still holding; light scattered foxing; else good.

Illustrated profusely. Includes list of subscribers plus, detailed contents descriptions for each of the 63 full page illustrations. A scarce early issue by the Anastasic Drawing Society published in 1861, the society sought to 'delineate remains of Antiquity' through drawings. (spine strip removed/missing, heavy wear and rubbing to outer boards, inner hinges cracking, light toning to page edges).
