A neat three line gift inscription to front blank endpaper, otherwise a fine clean copy throughout. Finely bound by Bayntun of Bath in mid twentieth century full dark blue calf leather binding. Spine with five raised bands, each with gilt decoration. Compartments decorated with Winnie the Pooh tool and lettered in gilt. Both boards with singleline ruled borders. Front board is decorated with gilt illustration of Christopher Robin. Board edges with multiple diagonal gilt ruled lines to the corners. Decorative floral roll to turn-ins. Marbled endpapers. All edges gilt. A few small indents to the boards but overall still a very attractive copy.

Red cloth on boards, with a single gilt ruled border on the leather edges. Overall a very good, attractively bound copy.

Some offsetting to the half title page and a few minor spots to a couple of pages otherwise internally this is a very clean copy throughout. Publishers original burgundy cloth binding with gilt stamped illustration showing Christopher Robin playing with a toy train on front board, within a gilt ruled border, and Pooh and Piglet at a tikit office on the rear. Top edge gilt. Some very light fading to the spine and minor bumping to the corners of the binding but overall a better than very good copy.

Spine lettered in gilt. Original full colour dustwrapper has just a hint of fading to the spine but is generally bright and clean and with the original price still intact on the front inner flap.
