May have been repaired at some stage as endpapers look newer (it's all relative). Quite a strong and strange odour too (perfume and tobacco?). Boards dulled and worn to edges, esp at head and foot of spine. But it's scarce so if you are a Frank Usher fan or a 'Daye Smith adventure' completist, it may appeal. Especially with an unclipped d/j as here. This has staining from tape to the edges of the inner flaps and some general wear to edges and a little creasing, but could be worse. Remains of label to spine. Scarce - otherwise you would be buying a better copy! 12mo. 173pp.

Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges.

More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers, as well as half title page. Moderate cracking to gutters causing some looseness to binding but pages remain attached. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.

Binding and hinges are intact and firm; pages are clean and unmarked. Small name tag to corner of front endpaper, otherwise unmarked. The dustjacket is unclipped, with some wear and creasing to edges, lacking bottom 1.5 inch of backstrip and rear panel. The front panel is largely complete and remains bright and attractive in a new clear Mylar wrapper. A nice copy of a scarce book.
