This report was first presented on March 14th, 1906 at the Kaiserliche Akademie der Wissenschaften in Wien. Minor staining on front board, slight rubbing on corners. Tight copy with binding in very good, interior in fine condition. Victor Aptowitzer was a late 19th and early 20th century eastern European Talmudic scholar. He taught at the Israelite Theologischen Lehrenstalt before emigrating to Palestine right before the start of World War II.
