The spine is sun toned to a darker color but the lettering and highlights are still very bright. The binding is tight and the interior and covers are clean. Light spotting to the end papers otherwise the pages are very good. The rear free end paper has a three inch rip without loss of paper. DESCRIPTION: Frontispiece and illustrated half title page with tissue guard between them as well as many woodcut illustrations throughout the book.
