The remaining front and lower half of spine have been overlaid on matching paper and 'sealed' with clear plastic. Volume 2 has previous owner's ink stamp on half title page, and underlining on title page, with moderate spotting throughout. Both volumes illustrated with black and white photographic plates and fold out maps.
